Warranty Manager and Technical Support- LEMKEN France (H/F)

Warranty Manager and Technical Support / Coordinateur technique

Your responsibilities:

• Manage machine warranties between dealers and the factory
• Connection with the factory on technical matters (in English)
• Answer technical queries from the dealers over the phone (Hotline)
• Assist the various internal departments

Your skills and qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a field technical job for agromachinism or a similar role
• Passion for the world of agriculture, agricultural machinery and related technology
• Holder of a technical BTS qualification. Electronics, hydraulics and mechanics hold no secrets for you.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and with a strong customer-service ethos
• Fluency in English is essential; German is an advantage.
