AREA SERVICE ENGINEER (m/f/d) for Kazakhstan
Tasks:
- Professional technical support of our dealer network
- Assume responsibility for service calls and the administration of warranties
- Organize and perform individual demonstrations
- Support the sales team with field days, trade fairs and other sales promotion activities to systematically establish the LEMKEN brand in the area
- Organize and perform trainings to our dealers and farmers
- Support the spare parts distribution as well as train our dealers as to spare parts management
- Recognize market and innovation trends and work closely with marketing, product management and R&D located at the headquarters in Germany
Skills profile:
- first experience in a service-oriented or mechanic position within the agricultural industry
- Interest and strong knowledge in the farming environment
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs in Kazakhstan, Kirgistan or Germany
