Area Service Manager for Denmark East/Sweden
Your daily tasks:
- Professional technical support of our dealer network
- Participate and support at field demonstrations
- Organize and perform trainings to our dealers
- Take the responsibility for service calls (2nd level support) and assist our dealers in the administration processes for warranty and retrofit activities
Your skill profile:
- Technical education, ideally mechatronics or similar in the sector of ag machines
- Good technical understanding, knowledge in hydraulics and electronics
- Several years of experience in a service-oriented or mechanic position, preferably within the agricultural industry
- Interest and strong knowledge in the farming environment
- Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs within Denmark and Sweden
- Language skills, e.g. conversational in English or German
