ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare payroll accurately and punctually
- Ensure bank reconciliations and journal entry postings
- Develop detailed financial reports
- Verify travel expenses and credit card statements
- Provide support for various administrative tasks and projects
Your skills and qualifications:
- Significant experience in an accounting position
- Certification in accounting or administration
- Autonomy and flexibility, with a rigorous, organized, and structured approach
- Proficiency in accounting software; knowledge of Acomba, Powerpay, and SAP is an asset
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and the Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and French
