PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f/d)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team at LEMKEN Canada. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on agricultural equipment parts, and driving sales to meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the existing LEMKEN Canada dealer partners.
- Promote and sell a wide range of LEMKEN equipment parts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility, usage, and maintenance for various LEMKEN machinery.
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the management team on progress and challenges.
- Represent the company at agricultural trade shows, expos, and customer events to build brand awareness.
Your skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and their parts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in both English and French is mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 75% of the time).
