HR Generalist (m/w/d) International

To strenghthen our HR International & People Relations team, we are looking for a

HR Generalist (m/w/d) International
(20-25 hours per week)

Your tasks:

• Support of defined international subsidiaries in all HR-relevant topics (focus on subsidiaries in Western Europe)
• Correspondence with lawyers, tax advisors and insurance companies
• Preparation, negotiation and implementation of salary adjustments as well as annual commission and bonus calculation
• Coordination of insurance and payrolling
• Responsibility for recruiting processes, applicant and contract management as well as support of subsequent onboarding
• Close cooperation and coordination with the HR Managers and Managing Directors of the respective subsidiaries
• Collaboration in and management of various international HR projects

Your profile:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Professional experience in international HR work
• Structured, precise and efficient way of working
• Openness, intercultural competence and enjoyment of international cooperation
• Business fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
