HR Generalist (m/w/d) International
To strenghthen our HR International & People Relations team, we are looking for a
HR Generalist (m/w/d) International
(20-25 hours per week)
Your tasks:
- Support of defined international subsidiaries in all HR-relevant topics (focus on subsidiaries in Western Europe)
- Correspondence with lawyers, tax advisors and insurance companies
- Preparation, negotiation and implementation of salary adjustments as well as annual commission and bonus calculation
- Coordination of insurance and payrolling
- Responsibility for recruiting processes, applicant and contract management as well as support of subsequent onboarding
- Close cooperation and coordination with the HR Managers and Managing Directors of the respective subsidiaries
- Collaboration in and management of various international HR projects
Your profile:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Professional experience in international HR work
- Structured, precise and efficient way of working
- Openness, intercultural competence and enjoyment of international cooperation
- Business fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
